LONDON AFFILIATE CONFERENCE 2020We owe a massive thanks to everyone who joined us as the 2020 London Affiliate Conference in February! Not only did we get to meet lots of affiliate partners – both new and old – but we also had a great time while doing so. It was great to connect in person with some of the brightest minds in the digital marketing world once again. The conference took place at the ExCeL in London from 5th to 8th February 2020, with no less than 5,000 delegates descending on the English capital for the event which also featured over 150 exhibitors and sponsors, as well as more than 50 expert presentations. And there was more good news as our very own Jessica Penafiel went on to scoop the award for Best Lottery Affiliate Manager at the 2020 iGB Affiliate Awards, which brought the conference to a close. DID YOU MEET US AT THIS INCREDIBLE CONFERENCE?A huge thank you to everyone who joined us at the Lisbon Affiliate Conference. Heading over to Portugal was a new adventure for the Lottoland Affiliate team, yet the excitement of joining the brightest minds and sharpest innovators in the industry remained just as high as it’s ever been! The Lisbon Affiliate Conference took place on the 17th – 20th October 2018 and brought together some of the key stakeholders in the igaming affiliate industry. With almost 3,000 delegates in attendance, it was a busy but highly enjoyable networking session. Understandably for an event of this size, the competition was tough and we were up against more than 100 other affiliate programs. Nevertheless, we were able to demonstrate an exciting range of partnership plans, revenue programs and a tonne of exciting and pioneering creative assets designed to attract a wide range of paying customers to a huge audience. As well as meeting operators, regulators and lots of new partners, we meet some old friends too, taking the time to meet in person and discuss how we could help drive their revenue ever higher. As we expand into the LATAM market, we were also able to forge partnerships with affiliates operating in this region. We were also able to learn about the latest trends and opportunities in igaming, with conference content covering SEO, social media, regulation and compliance and how to do business in emerging markets. The Lisbon Affiliate Conference will take place at the Feira Internacional de Lisboa (FIL), a huge venue with plenty of space to welcome over 100 exhibitors, 1,500 affiliate attendees and 3,000 delegates. The venue itself is one of the biggest conference halls in Portugal and is just a 5-minute train ride away from the airport. This year’s conference hosted some of the brightest minds in the igaming sector and represents a huge hub of gaming innovation. With free-to-attend seminars and shows with up-to-the-minute industry information, it’s a unique gathering place for all the major gaming players. This year’s event was visited by 5000 delegates and we had 2 jam-packed days of meeting operators and regulators, making contacts, and forging partnerships. Presenting our Lottoland affiliate programme to as many people as possible was definitely a priority of our attendance. As well as making new acquaintances however, it was great to catch up with some of our existing partners and take the time to develop collaborations, optimise campaigns, and foster plans for the future. We’re confident that these catch ups will stand both ourselves and our partners in good stead as we achieve continued growth in 2018. Having made a number of improvements to the Lottoland affiliate programme in 2017, we were very excited to be nominated for two iGB Affiliate Awards 2018. Imagine how thrilled we were to win BOTH Affiliate Program of the Year and Affiliate Manager of the Year (Vivien Zsiga)! All in all, our visit to LAC was a huge success and we would like to thank the organisers for their dedication and tireless commitment. We’re already looking forward to LAC 2019!
