GENERAL QUESTIONSWhy have you decided to move from Income Access to MyAffiliates?
There have been many changes in the industry and with feedback from our partners, we need to keep up to date with these requirements. MyAffiliates is a newer, more flexible platform that allows us to give our partners a more personalised and enhanced user experience. What happens with the players I have referred using the old platform? All the players you have referred will still be tagged to your account and migrated across. You will be able to see a snapshot of all your previous campaign performance. How can I apply to promote a new GEO? You will need to get in touch with your Account Manager and they will be able to advise the best way to start promoting another GEO. How can I contact a member of the Affiliate team? You can either contact your account manager directly on their email or Skype. You can also contact any of the team on [email protected]. If you need to raise an account issue, you can contact anyone in our support team through the Support tab and create a ticket. |
MARKETING CAMPAIGNSLogin to your account and go to the Marketing tab.
Finding my unique tracking links On the left hand menu, you will see "Direct links". You can filter by GEO, Offer, Product and Category to get the links you need. The link you need is called Landing Page URL and will begin record.lottolandaffiliates.com. Finding my banners to use on my website On the left hand menu, you will see "All Media". You can filter by GEO, Offer, Product and Category to get the links you need. Select the banner you want and select "Get Media Code" and the JavaScript Code is available there to copy for your website. Tracking and reporting traffic sources separately On the left hand menu, you will see "Campaigns" > "Manage Campaigns". Enter all the details in the boxes provided. Your campaign id and description. You can even set a spend limit for each campaign. You can then view the results in your reports. |
MY ACCOUNTHow can I update my personal account details?
Login to your account and go to the Account tab. Here you can update any details you need under "Edit account details". You can also change your password in this section. I've forgotten my password, how can I retrieve it? Yes, we will be sending you exclusive offers and news through our News function. PAYMENTSWhen can I expect to be paid?
We pay our Revenue Share partners by the 15th of the month. For CPA and Hybrid deals, this is dependent on the validation of the Sales (declining any accounts which are duplicate, fraudulent or result in chargebacks). What payment methods and currencies do you process payments? We are now only processing payments for Bank Transfers. We can pay in the following currencies; GBP, EUR, AUD, INR and USD. Please contact your account manager should you wish to be paid in a currency other than EUR. How do I change my bank details? Login to your account and go to the Finances tab. On the left hand menu, you will see "Payment Instructions". You will then either need to enter your details if you haven't done so already or "Change payment instructions". Please note we will need to approve any changes of bank details and will require documentation to prove the account is in your/ your company name. Can I generate my own invoices each month? We do not have an automatically generated invoice option, however, we have created an editable PDF version which you can access through the "Other Resources" tab and download from there. You can then edit and submit to your accountant as required. |
COMMISSION DEALSHow does your CPA work?
Whenever a NEW player registers and makes their first transaction on Lottoland, a CPA is triggered for this event. For CPA, do you validate the sales before commissions are paid? Yes, at the beginning of the each month, we validate all sales acquired from the previous month, and any accounts which are deemed to be fraudulent, duplicate, or have triggered a chargeback, will be declined and not paid for. Any questions regarding your account in particular, please contact your Account Manager. How does your Revenue Share work? For any players who you refer to Lottoland and who continue to play on our site will generate revenue, of which you will receive a share of, for lifetime*. *Terms and Conditions apply. |
